Announcement

It's with great sadness that we announce that, after 45 years in business, Abbey Kindergarten opened its doors for the last time on .

The committee would like to send a big thanks to our wonderful staff - Jacqui, Karen, Cherise, Saeeder and Caroline - who have worked incredibly hard, with sheer determination, to provide a lovely environment for our children to thrive and learn in over the years.

And to you all of you who have supported Abbey, past or present, we thank you too for your help and encouragement.

We wish our children and their families all the best in their new adventures in school and nursery.

Recommendations

The pre-school often receives high priase from our parents and carers. Below are some of the lovely comments we have received. You can also refer to our entry on netmums.com for more feedback.

Abbey Kindergarten is a great pre-school, my little girl loves it and I look forward to my little boy enjoying the experience as well when he is old enough to attend.

The staff are friendly and very dedicated and hard working. As a bonus the parking/access is easy and it is a light, airy, large space for the children to enjoy inside and out. I cannot praise it enough. Maria, mum to Katie, 3

Both my son and daughter attend Abbey and love it. The staff are friendly, there are lots of activities for them each morning and they have a large sports hall and private garden to play and run around in. They both come home saying they've had a great time. Helen, mum to Reuben, 4 and Evie, 2

My daughter started Abbey Kindergarten last September and absolutely loves it. Its really big and spacious and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. She enjoys it so much that come 12 o'clock it's a struggle to get her home. Sam, mum to Emily, 3

Isabella LOVES coming here and has made lots of friends since she stated! The hall is light, clean and airy with different things to do every day. The outdoor play space is bouncy with a garden for the children. There are always lots of smiling faces when I go to pick her up. Ian, dad to Isabella, 3
